Set on a 2.9-acre site in Centennial, Colorado, this 20,950 SF new-construction residence is one of BARI Architecture's most ambitious luxury estates to date. The scale of the site gave us room to design a true private compound: alongside the main residence, the program includes a resort-style pool, a private tennis court, and a custom greenhouse — amenities more often found on estate properties than in a typical Denver-area home.

The design approach balances the demands of a large-scale luxury program with the clean, considered detailing BARI is known for, working closely with R-Design Landscape Architecture to knit the house, pool, tennis court, and greenhouse together into a cohesive landscape rather than a series of disconnected amenities. The result is a residence built for both everyday family life and serious entertaining — an estate-level property designed for Centennial's low-density, acreage-driven neighborhoods.
