  • The four essential responsibilities of this role are the following:

    • Design: The Project Architect is responsible for producing exceptional design deliverables on multiple residential, multi-family, and commercial projects at all stages of the architectural process.

    • Documentation: The Project Architect is responsible for producing high quality drawings and details in order to prepare mature design & construction sets.

    • Client/Consultant Communication: The Project Architect is responsible for anticipating and addressing the concerns of clients in order to support client satisfaction. The Design Architect must also effectively coordinate outside vendors, consultants, and contractors in order to support the project’s critical path.

    • Work Plan Execution: The Project Architect is responsible for executing project plans by completing deliverables within the schedule parameters.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • 7-15 years of experience in high-end, residential, or commercial projects at all phases of design and construction

    • The ability to visually communicate design through drawings, diagrams, and details with expertise and precision

    • Working knowledge of Revit, or a committed interest to learn and master it

    • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in architecture

    • Licensed Architect or on the path towards licensure

    • Experience in the full project lifecycle

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong leadership and self-motivation

    • Highly skilled technically

    • Experience with assembling highly complex drawings sets

    • Punctual, organized and loves the potential for great design and the built environment
